What has been your greatest reward in business?

My greatest reward in business has been the privilege of meeting exceptional people, and discovering moments of truth where the value proposition you offer equals the loyalty you receive. Here’s one of my favorite stories: A client announced she would be joining a new company soon. Since she was recruited for her success establishing global brands, Karla was confident that continuing to work with her preferred translation company would be a fait accompli. Unfortunately, her new managing director was equally committed to his own preferred translation provider and not receptive to switching vendors. After an intense exchange, they both demanded to know the name of the translation company about which each seemed so passionate. They answered in unison: Magnum Group.
